Eligibility Requirements
To maintain the quality and integrity of Vendor STL, businesses must:
- Be recommended by at least two local real estate agents
- Serve homeowners, consumers, or local communities
- Maintain a positive professional reputation
Not Eligible (RESPA)
The following businesses are NOT eligible:
- Mortgage lenders
- Banks
- Credit unions
- Title companies
- Settlement companies
- Real estate brokerages
- Real estate agents
- Insurance agencies involved in real estate transactions
- Any business considered a settlement service provider under RESPA
This separation helps maintain compliance while preserving the integrity of agent recommendations.
Community Supporter
Includes Everything in Vendor STL Directory (if eligible), Plus:
- Website recognition
- Quarter-page ad in every magazine issue
- Recognition in event materials
- Annual Community Supporter badge
- Support of Agent STL programs and events
- Exclusive invitation to every Agent STL and Agent STC event
Best For
Businesses that want consistent visibility with local real estate professionals without requiring premium partnership benefits.
Businesses eligible for Vendor STL Directory participation receive directory membership as part of their Community Supporter partnership. Settlement service providers may participate as Community Supporters but are not eligible for directory inclusion.
Founding Partner
Includes Everything in Community Supporter (if eligible), Plus:

Category Exclusivity
Founding Partner exclusivity applies only to other Founding Partner positions. For example, if a title company becomes the Founding Partner in its category, other title companies may still participate as Community Supporters. This protects the value of Founding Partner status while keeping Agent STL accessible to a broad range of businesses.
Businesses eligible for Vendor STL Directory participation receive directory membership as part of their Founding Partner partnership. Settlement service providers may participate as Founding Partners but are not eligible for directory inclusion.

- Agent STL is committed to operating in compliance with RESPA, Fair Housing laws, and industry best practices.
- Settlement service providers may participate as Community Supporters or Founding Partners but are not eligible for inclusion in Vendor STL or any consumer-facing directory.
- Vendor STL Directory participation is limited to qualified consumer-facing businesses and service providers.
